Please note the following Policy reguarding sharing table(s) or space(s).
Festival Vendors selling merchandise, food, goods and/or services are required to hold a one day sellers license/permit, arranged by Southern Maine Pride and issued by the City of Portland. Any person, group, organization or business registered as a "Vendor" are not allowed to share a table or space, unless Southern Maine Pride has received a separate Festival Merchandise/Vendor registration along with appropriate payment from each Vendor. And in turn, Southern Maine Pride will arrange and have issued an individual sellers license/permit for each registered Festival "Vendor". 
This policy of table sharing applies to Festival Vendors who will conduct actual business of selling merchandise, food, goods and/or services and any Non-Vendor that does not qualify as a non-profit or not-for-profit entity.

Also, Southern Maine Pride has and will enforce the right to eject any person or entity from city grounds and adjoining sidewalks and roadways holding a Street Vendors license. Unless prior arrangements have been made with Southern Maine Pride you must be registered as a Southern Maine Pride Festival Vendor and holding a one day sellers license/permit, to conduct business on any city grounds we have permitted for Pride Events, pursuant to the order declaring the 24th Annual Southern Maine Pride Celebration Festival, June 13, 2010 through June 20th, 2010, as approved by Portland City Council.
