Parade Registration Form

Entry Requirements: for complete rules please go to Parade Marchers page.

  1. Individuals may participate in the parade without being a paid registrant. Individuals or groups displaying a sign, banner, shirt, etc., that clearly states an affiliation or association must be a paid registrant.

  2. If the above conditions are not met individuals or group will not be allowed to march.

  3. All individuals and groups participating in the Pride Parade agree to abide by all of the rules and regulations described herein.

  4. All submitted registrations must be completed. Failure will result in registration being delayed or denied.

  5. The registration fee(s) must be received by June 03, 2011 to avoid a late charge.

  6. Fees are quoted per unit. Registration Fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. Organizations, companies or individuals may sponsor or represent entries with multiple units, but a separate fee will be assessed for each unit. Units not covered by fees paid will not be allowed to proceed down the Parade route and may jeopardize participation by the entire entry.
